All of those who wish to work with children under the age of 18/vulnerable adults, be that as a coach, trainer or mentor must undergo and satisfy a DBS check (for those in England or Wales) or a PVG check (for those in Scotland).
Anyone who does not undergo and satisfy a DBS or PVG check through The Gaelic Games Council of Britain (GGCB) will not be permitted to work with children under the age of 18/vulnerable adult.
Your County Children’s Officer and the CDA allocated to your County will be able to assist you with making the appropriate application.
